The Seed, Growth, and Thrive packages provide 25, 50, or 100 hours of monthly support. During your free consultation, we will discuss your workload and determine which option makes the most sense.

Yes. Every business has different priorities, systems, and workflows. Your services can be selected from the support Sunflower VA Services offers and organized into a plan that fits your actual needs.

You will not be pushed into services that do not serve your business.

The first step is a free consultation. We will talk about your business, what is taking up your time, what support would be most helpful, and whether we are a good fit.

After the consultation, you will receive a personalized service plan outlining the recommended services, package, investment, and next steps.

Communication may take place through email, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, phone, text message when appropriate, Dubsado, or another mutually agreed-upon method.

Files may be shared through Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, Dropbox, Microsoft 365, Dubsado, or another secure platform that works for both of us.

Regular business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m. and 1:00 p.m.–5:30 p.m. Central Time.

Messages received outside business hours are generally returned the next business day.

Timing depends on the size, complexity, and current priority of the request. Standard requests are generally completed within 2–4 business days. Routine messages are typically answered within one business day.

When a project requires additional time, you will receive clear communication and an updated completion date.

Rush or expedited work may be available depending on the schedule and scope of the request. Approved rush requests are subject to the current $100 rush fee.

Yes. Confidentiality, discretion, and responsible handling of your business information are central to the Sunflower Standard. Access is requested only for the systems and files needed to complete your work.

Secure password sharing and multi-factor authentication are strongly encouraged whenever possible.
